Raw Manuka Honey

Small quantity of raw, unprocessed Manuka honey from Queensland hives. It is the real deal, bees netted to graze on a particular species of tea tree – Leptospermum Scoparium.

You will find your Manuka may candy in the winter time, as it has not been through any heat treatments. If you want it runny, scoop an amount into a tea cup and place the cup in a bowl of warm water. This way, you don’t nuke the good antibacterial qualities (don’t use the microwave!).
